Where to next?

At the end of most "tough" things you'll evaluate the entire thing and search for the worst part of it and then dwell on it for some time. It's pretty scary when two birds in love have to part and the only thing there is to "dwell" on is how beautiful it was. It's okay to be let go in love and to let go in love. Sometimes love won't seal the deal. Sometimes you'll wake up ready to fly, but go to sleep ready to swallow the reasons you sigh. Know where you stand and someday you'll fly into someone with the same stance.
If you're not wishing the other bird the best in life, the calmest nights and for another reason to fly again, then maybe you were never in love. I love still, but love isn't selfish..I must remember. So, fly.

Really really good. and true. also the most painful thing anyone can possibly experience.

at least at this point in our lives.

I agree with it being the most painful, yes! But it's got to be tied with being the most beautiful too. Maybe not. I hope.
